Our team typically responds within 24 hours. For standard categories (salmon, chicken, berries) we often match within the same business day. More exotic products may take 48 hours.
Is there a minimum quantity for a sourcing request?
The practical minimum is 1 metric ton (roughly 1 pallet). Most of our supplier network works in full-pallet or full-container quantities, but we accommodate smaller first orders for new buyers.
What frozen food products can you source?
We cover all major categories: frozen fish & seafood (salmon, cod, shrimp, tuna), frozen meat & poultry (chicken, beef, pork, lamb), IQF fruit & vegetables (berries, tropical fruit, peas, corn) and processed frozen foods.
Is this sourcing service free?
